3. Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept returns/replacements for the product.


If outer packages is Damaged/Tampered we recommend not to accept the product from our courier partner.

Kindly take a picture/video while unboxing, If the inner product is damaged and you wish to replace/return please share the details with us at with details of your Name, Contact details, Order Number, and Product Name. Product Batch number (Expected Response in 24 – 48 hours). After receiving the details, our team shall examine the same and action will be taken accordingly.

It will help us to raise the concern with the respective courier partner.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or missing units in my order?

First and foremost, our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case If an item is found incorrect as per the description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity/invoice, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of products received with invoice copy to our customer care at within 48 hours from the time of delivery. All returns are reviewed for eligibility and refund is subject to review and verification by the MuscleTech team. No return of damaged products shall be admissible if any part or whole of the product has been used/broken seal/open.

Note: If it is a case of replacement of the product, it is subject to the availability of stock. In instances where a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the total amount.

How can I cancel an order?

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request via the following routes:

Via ‘My Orders’ section

Go to your account > Click on ‘Orders’ > Go to the order you want to cancel and select ‘Order Details’ > Click on ‘Cancel Item’ > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and ‘Confirm’ > Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipping/dispatch, we shall process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we shall process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash-on-delivery transactions, we shall initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the bill/invoice details shared by the customer.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

If you redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same shall be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

What is the range of locations to which MuscleTech India ships their products?

MuscleTech India ships throughout India only.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the ‘Track’ button on the ‘My Orders’ section.
