Protein Crepes

Thankfully, with a few tweaks to the recipe you can create your own homemade crepes to satisfy that sweet tooth without the excess sugars. You could also enjoy these with a side of sweet potatoes.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop MuscleTech 100% Nitro Tech Whey Gold
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Handful berries of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Blend ingredients
  • Heat a pan and pour small amount (enough to just cover the pan so it’s very thin)
  • Let cook for 20 seconds and flip it onto itself a few times to roll it up & repeat
  • Drizzle peanut butter and honey
  • Spread berries of choice over crepes

Enjoy the crepes at any time of the day, and you may add a spoon of your favourite peanut butter over it and cherish the wholesome taste. Chocolate Chip Bread

Chocolate will always be a weakness for many. Thankfully, we can still enjoy it without the guilt with a few tasty homemade recipes. Who doesn’t want a freshly baked chocolate chip bread with a cup of coffee in the holiday season? This is an excellent high protein snack too. Let us have the chocolate chip loaf that is very simple to make:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
  • ½ scoop MuscleTech 100% Nitro Tech Whey Gold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ chocolate chips
  • Pumpkin seeds

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Spray 8×8 glass baking dish with a healthy, non-stick oil
  • Place all ingredients excluding chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Hand mix-in chocolate chips
  • Pour mixture into glass baking dish
  • Place in oven for 27-30mins
  • Let sit for 10mins
  • Sprinkle some pumpkin seeds over it.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Protein Ice-Cream

Who doesn’t love ice cream? And especially if you have a high protein recipe that is healthy, and guilt free. Let’s make a protein ice-cream that is yummy, and easy to make too:

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop MuscleTech Whey Protein (Cookies and Cream)
  • Almond Milk/ Skimmed Milk
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Frozen Mango
  • Chocolate chips
  • A shot of coffee
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Rock salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add a cup of almond cup to mix it well. You can add skimmed milk too, as per your choice. Add the ingredients appropriately and then use a blender to mix it well.  Refrigerate it for a few hours, and let it set. After a few hours, there you go, you have your healthiest scoop of protein ice-cream with the wonderful flavour and freshness of fruits!! (You can innovate, add regular milk too as per your choice)
